Located along Crismon Road in East Mesa is Overland Group’s newest investment opportunity, Candlewood Suites. This four-story, extended stay hotel is placed between Highway 60 and East Baseline Road and is five miles to the southwest of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

Across the street is a 178-bed medical center, restaurants, and retail shopping centers. Notable changes in the neighborhood include Grande Vita BioCity Campus, which features a nursing school, luxury condos, and senior-living facilities. Other notable demand generators include MLB Spring Training and major convention center activity. All of these drivers contribute to the strong demand that will provide high stabilized occupancy rates.  

Overland Group is raising an estimated $8,900,000 in equity capital to develop and construct a new 108-room Extended Stay Hotel. The sponsors are planning on investing a 10.0% of all equity to be raised. This investment is for accredited investors only, but is open to self-directed IRA’s & 401(k)’s. The investment is also open to a limed number of 1031 exchange investors.
